Male Enhancement Exercises October 10th, 2011
Sex plays a major role in the health of any marriage or relationship that involves committed partners.
When sex is good and satisfying for both parties, it can go a long way in fostering strong emotional ties between both parties involved in the relationship.
That said, “bad” or unsatisfying sex, likewise, can damage once healthy relationships and serve as a catalyst to larger problems.
In particular, some men often struggle with the notion of whether or not they are satisfying their wives/girlfriends because of their penis size. For these individuals, their physical inadequacy can often hinder their sexual relationship with their partner.
If you’re currently someone who is looking for a solution to your small penis size and don’t want to spend lots of money to have the issue surgically repaired, there are always another options – including the fact that you can always “work out” your penis.
Tear and Repair
The notion that you can “work out” your penis may sound or seem odd to some men. But studies have shown that penis exercises can increase overall size.
It’s been hotly debated about whether or not the penis is an actual muscle, or just a spongy tissue with veins. But for the most part, experts believe that the penis is NOT a muscle. Rather it’s a tissue that contains tiny muscles – muscles which control the flow of blood in a penis.
Now these tiny muscles, much like any other muscle found in the human body, can be damaged and torn through constant exercise. And much like any other muscle, tearing of these small penis muscles can cause them to become stronger and bigger once they repair themselves.
In this sense, tearing and regrowth of penis muscles can lead to increases in length and size of a penis.
With that in mind, we’ll briefly go over the most common penis workout with you so that you can try it on your own when you get a chance.
The most common penis workout, known as Jelquing, is actually quite similar to the way you milk a cow and has, supposedly, been practiced for over 5,000 years.
The goal through milking is to push as much milk as you can through the cow’s glands. Similarly, the goal of Jelquing is to push the largest amount of blood you can through your penis. The added blood flow should increase internal pressure in your penis and create the tearing to its structure that is needed for repair and regrowth.
Now that that explanation is out of the way, we’re going to teach you Jelquing technique. To make it simple, we’ve diagrammed the technique through step-by-step instructions.
Here are the steps to Jelquing, including:
1.Grip the base of your penis with one of your hands.
2.Stroke towards the tip of your penis with that hand.
3.Release your first hand and repeat the process with your other hand.
The process is very simple, and by switching back-and-forth between hands, you’ll ensure that they don’t tire before you get a good workout in.
Complementing with Male Enhancement Pills
Now, we can’t promise that Jelquing will enlarge your penis like it has for other men. But if you decide to practice Jelquing and it has no effect on your penis size after 6-8 weeks, you can always try to complement your workout routine with a male enhancement pill for an extra boost.
Previous Jelquing users have noted that the exercise can become more effective when combined with male enhancement pills that not only increase growth gains, but speed them up as well.
If you’re set on giving Jelquing a shot and want to complement the workout with some sort of supplement, we have the perfect option for you to check out called Zytenz.
Zytenz combines the power of not one, and not two, but 25 clinically-proven and all-natural ingredients that have been designed to increase the thickness, firmness, and hardness of erections.

HGH Releaser Pills May 17th, 2011
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is a hormone produced in the pituitary gland in the brain and is primarily responsible for the growth and cell rejuvenation in our bodies, and over the last several decades researches have been working on HGH as an anti-aging and performance enhancing factor. Because HGH promotes cell growth and repair within our bodies it is associated with youth and vitality. Levels of HGH are highest in children when growth is most vital but then as we age, our HGH production levels drop because our bodies don’t need to grow anymore.
How HGH Affects You
The problem lies in the fact that HGH isn’t only responsible for growth in a height sense, it is responsible for new cell growth and repair. We begin to see the early signs of aging in the wrinkles in our skin, decreased bone density, poor eyesight, hair loss, and a general slowing down of our bodies. All of these symptoms are due to slower cell repair and rejuvenation.
As the collagen in our skin breaks down, as calcium uptake to our bones is slowed, as the cells in our eyes age, as our hair loses pigment and fades, and as nutrients are processed slower and our energy decreases, we can blame a decrease in HGH.
Because HGH has been discovered as the main component in aging results, researchers have been dissecting the hormone to create a supplement that should up our HGH production, improve our performance, and slow and even reverse the aging process.

Growth Hormone Deficiency January 12th, 2011
Growth hormone deficiency is a condition where the pituitary does not secrete enough somatotropin. Somatotropin is a polypeptide hormone that stimulates the growth of cells, tissue, and bone throughout the body. This disease affects about 1 in every 3800 children born.
This deficiency manifests itself in different ways through the stages of life. In newborns, GHD is categorized by hypoglycemia. Early childhood is characterized by stunted growth. By the time adulthood is reached, GDH is manifest in the patient’s lean body mass, brittle bones, as well as several psychological responses like depression, social withdrawal, and poor memory.
To treat this deficiency adults can be given doses of GH through injections into the skin or muscles. Before 1985, sufferers had to inject themselves with hormones extracted from the pituitary glands of deceased donors. Since then though, recombinant DNA technology has allowed scientists to engineer bacteria strains that produce recombinant human growth hormone or rhGH.
These injections provide the body with GH so the liver can convert it into Insulin like Growth Factor. IGF is then sent through the blood stream into the muscles and bones to repair damaged cells, grow tissue, and thicken cell densities.
Overall, GH treatments allow those with GHD to live longer, healthier lives. Getting the right attention and doses of GH supplements, help those with underactive pituitary glands experience higher levels of energy, better cognitive abilities and mental health, and more strength.
However, as with most medications, there are possible side effects. Using GH can lead to headaches, joint and muscle pain, edema, carpal tunnel syndrome, some hypertension, problems with vision, numbness, nausea, vomiting, and even some reports of cancer.
But even with possible, though rare, side effects, people are still turning to GH. This remarkable hormone has so many positive effects on the body that there are new medications and supplements being formulated to include them popping up all the time. GH has also been shown to help improve athletic ability, muscle capacity, strength, endurance, and also reduce signs of aging.
Can Sleeping Aids Fight Depression? August 5th, 2010
If you visit any knowledgeable doctor, especially in the field of depression, they will tell you that sleep is absolutely essential to your body’s function! Without sleep, you are groggy, your memory is not as good, your brain does not work nearly as efficiently as it could. If you don’t sleep, some doctors would say that it could not only contribute to depression, it could actually cause some depression symptoms in certain individuals! It sounds relatively extreme. But they are putting more and more focus on the effects of sleep on the body and mind.
So can a sleep aid actually cure depression? The lack of sleep may actually be a symptom of depression and vice versa. So while sleep is absolutely necessary to also reduce stress on the body, don’t automatically count on sleeping aids to cure your particular brand of depression. It simply does not work that way every single time. You can certainly aggravate a growing problem by not sleeping. But I would also recommend exercising and consulting with your doctor if you have this problem, in part depending on its timing, onset, and relative severity.
If you can find the best sleeping aids, you would be surprised by all of the benefits that you can actually get. It can improve the way that both the brain and body work and function, and you will find that it can be absolutely essential in helping you to avoid problems with minor depression and avoiding the worsening of certain other types of depression. With the right sleeping aid, there are endless possibilities.
How To Get Out Of Debt Fast February 18th, 2010
In this economy, it’s more important than ever to get out of debt, stay out of debt, you get the basic idea. And the credit card companies aren’t helping. The government bailed them out when actually most of them were still turning a ridiculous profit. But they won’t pass the savings or the good help onto us. So I for one am not particularly against the government instituting more policies and basically saying you took our money, now here’s what you are going to do with it. And frankly speaking, we live in a country where we live in excess. We buy toys and other things we don’t need, and oftentimes, they are things we cannot afford! So there’s obviously a growing problem. But the question is, how can you change your ways and pay off debt. Is credit card debt consolidation even an option?
Well, realistically speaking, most of us learn lifelong habits financially speaking from our parents, and most of us will never change those habits. So yes, your parents have screwed you over to some degree. But that’s not the end of the story. You can change the way things work. For one thing, you can look into credit card consolidation. Chances are, you have thousands of dollars built up in credit card debt. You are making several different payments on different cards every month, and all put together, when each is charging you anywhere from $40-$500 a month, that adds up and it can become overwhelming.
While it’s not always the best way for everybody, what credit card debt consolidation does is actually allows you to ball that all into one big debt. Now I know what you’re thinking, but hear me out. When you ball it all into one, you get one what may initially seem like a big payment. But, the good thing is that when you consider that one payment, it is literally a fraction of what you would be paying when you combine all of those so called “smaller” payments that you are paying now. So all in all, as you can see, credit card debt consolidation is not such a bad idea.
Now debt is hard, the economy is hard, and if you don’t have a job like so many other Americans right now, well obviously your problems are probably just compounding on themselves. But if you go with the right specialist who knows about credit card debt consolidation, for one thing you are getting a clear mind from someone who knows what they are talking about and isn’t stuck in panic mode, and oftentimes they will end up working with you to fix your financial problems in general.
Side Effects Of Enzyte January 27th, 2010
Meant to be the once daily solution for male enhancement and sexual issues, Enzyte has been seen on TV, and it has quickly become one of the best known and most popular products on the market. Enzyte claims that it is trusted by over 3 million men across the world. The question is, is it safe and does it actually work?
Enzyte has a number of interesting ingredients. It has some clinically proven testosterone boosters and natural aphrodisiacs of course, and all of these could increase natural blood flow and give you a stronger and fuller feeling erection to effectively reach the peak of sexual enhancement.
Enzyte has ingredients such as Korean ginseng for example that increase energy, stamina, and generalized blood flow. Korean ginseng has also been known to increase a feeling of greater wellbeing. However, this being said, a form of caffeine or stimulant would also cause caffeine related side effects such as headaches and insomnia.
Outside of that, Enzyte also uses the testosterone booster known as tribulus terrestis. Generally speaking Enzyte’s ingredients are safe. But the reality is that whenever you increase natural testosterone levels or otherwise interfere with them, you run the risk of potentially serious side effects. This being said, for the most part Enzyte is safe. However they lack many of the most effective ingredients for this kind of supplement, and they use only small amounts of everything. So it won’t work. However, realistically, other side effects have been reported with Enzyte that would not be expected considering the ingredients they do disclose. So it leads us to believe that there are undisclosed ingredients in this.
However, if you check out a product called Orexis, you can get better results, and you can get it all without any side effects. Orexis is an incredibly powerful product, and it has already worked for millions unlike Enzyte.
Are supplements really effective? August 31st, 2009
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear muscle supplements are those giant jars of protein that a friend used to take when he was trying to bulk up. I go to a vitamin store every few months to get jojoba oil for my hair. (I love the stuff, but that’s another blog!) It seems like they have kind of vitamin/oil/pill for every part of the body at any age in your life. Do these things really make a difference? Why are they so expensive? How do you know which one to take for which body part?
With all of these questions, it seems you would need a degree just to sell the stuff and recommend them to others. I asked the friend how he knew what to take and if it made a difference or not and said that he just searched online and asked the cashier at the store. He said that he did feel a difference, but wasn’t sure if that was from the supplement or from exercising. I guess if you’ve been a couch potato all of your life, then the new exercise routine would make you feel different. However, the supplements aren’t meant to be taken alone. They are supplements after all, so you’re always going to be doing something in addition to taking them, which will make it hard to determine if the supplements are effective. Does anyone out there know if supplements are worth the money?
Massage Therapy August 7th, 2009
Massage therapy is one of the best ways to help your muscles to relax as well as to deal with the stress of workouts in general so that you can build up more muscle in the future in general. It affects the function and it has to be therapeutic massage of course. It combines your sympathetic nervous system to create a reflexive response in general that relaxes your muscles. This gives your muscles a little break and allows tension to seep out to reduce restrictions, tightness, stiffness, and spasms.
This gives you greater flexibility as well. It increases blood circulation and nutritional substances by proxy, and it also reduces the amount of creatine activity in the blood that would cause greater energy and otherwise stimulation. After just a few minutes, it can help you to recuperate and otherwise. There are some massage techniques that are naturally better than others. For example, cross fiber friction helps you to separate muscle fibers and it tunes down the muscle spasms. It also helps to cut down trigger points or knots in general for greater effects and greater workouts in general. A well trained massage therapist will be able to give you all these benefits and more, because they will know the right techniques.
